At NBT, we aim to serve you a peace of mind with every step you move forward with us.
Our cars are guaranteed to be durable, reliable and made of quality genuine Toyota parts. On top of this, every car comes with a total of 5 years or 150,000 kilometres, whichever comes first.
In order to be guaranteed warranty coverage, regular scheduled maintenance must be performed by NBT (according to Owner’s manual).
10 Years Hybrid Battery WARRANTY
The Hybrid Battery is covered for 10 years or 300,000 kilometres from the vehicle's in-service date, whichever comes first.
During the first 3 years of service, a defective hybrid battery will be replaced free of charge by manufacturer. Should the hybrid battery fail after the 3rd year and subsequent years, before the end of the 10th year of service, it will be replaced by the dealership, NBT Brunei Sdn Bhd, subject to a limitation of one replacement only.
